About Wild Cycles

I’m Rachel — a mum of two under five, and like so many women I know, I’ve spent the last few years keeping everyone else fed while forgetting to nourish myself.

Wild Cycles was born in my kitchen in Bangor, Northern Ireland — not as a brand plan or a business idea, but as a lifeline.

After years on the pill, then years spent growing and healing my family, I found myself completely disconnected from my own body. I wanted to try seed cycling to support my hormones — but with two velcro babies, tracking seeds and grinding flax was one thing too many. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and craving something real. Something grounding. Something for me.

So I started small. One bar. One wooden spoon. One quiet moment of care in a day that rarely left space for any.

Wild Cycles grew from there — rooted in the belief that we were never meant to feel the same every day. Our energy rises and falls. Our bodies change. Our needs shift with our cycles and our seasons. Why should our snacks pretend otherwise?

Every bar is handmade in tiny batches with real ingredients and deep respect for the wild rhythms of women. No filler, no fakery. Just honest nourishment for real people navigating real life.

Whether you’re in full bloom, feeling tender, nesting into rest, or finding your glow again — there’s a Wild Cycles bar for that. Because you deserve to be cared for, too.
